In continuation of our efforts to increase usability and features, this is major upgrade and help laboratory to deliver better quality without placing extra efforts using the SmartCalibration.
A major change has been released this weekend relating to SmartCalibration Calibration Management Software, Following new functions and features has been deployed for all existing customers and demo application.
1. Take new parameters related to Test Accuracy Ratio, engineer need to specify if test accuracy acceptance ratio as may be specified by the customer. Based on the range that could be given in term of Least count unit or in percentage. A new function has been added to calculate difference between readings taken using standard reference and DUC but also check it against the given accuracy specification range and set “pass” or “fail” in its conformity tag
2. Take new parameter to accept test uncertainty ration (TUR) from the user and after calculation of uncertainty for the duc, one can do test uncertainty ration (which mostly manufacturing processes expect to be in the ratio of 4 to 1)
Features
1. Add new line at a specified sequence number
2. Can specify Calibration Parameter (heading name) yourself depending upon process you can make it to say Calibration Pts, Denomination or nominal points
3. Authorise user now can cancel the observation if customer wish not to go for repair if it is outside the acceptance range and laboratory can instead then send Status report instead of Calibration certificate.
