  1. Client Management (Quotation thru till order and Invoice)
      • Customer registration alongwith various contacts
      •  Customer dashboard indicating all transactions relating to customer on single page
      •  Collaboration with customer as limited access to customer could be given so that they can contribute to project/assignment actively
  2. Data and Document
    • i. Upload documentary evidence against each of the checklist items
    • ii. Upload client supplied documents for completeness from audit perspective
  3. Assignment management
    • i. Assignment that are process based on checklists
    • ii. Assignment that are time and cost controlled follows thru a set number of steps or dynamic vary
    • iii. Tasks that could be assigned to different staff for allocated time and effort
    • iv. Each task could be linked with a checklist template
    • v. Review comments can be logged against each of the checklist items
    • vi. Automatic progress calculation using the %age of checklist completion and pending review comments
    • vii. Task could be all at same level of execution (ie parallel working on tasks) or can follows waterfall methodology (ie preceding task must finish 100% before next could be initiated)
    • viii. Automatic lock of checklist items for a user working on checklist item unless unlocked by the user or the super user
    • ix. Once completed a checklist, task should be sent for review and approval
    • x. Automatic marking 100% task progress when task is approved

    • Export MIS reports in Spreadsheet (CSV format), PDF or on screen
    • Email MIS reports to senior management on a set frequency to provide them oversight and alert about possible breach of timeline or budget or pending invoices
