Calibration LIMS Customer Portal

SmartCalibration new upgrade would allows laboratories to let their customer access records related to customer instrument device etc. Details of features planned/available are as follows
1. Customer can be assigned a multiple user id (specific to their plant locations).
2. Once customer user login to SmartCalibration, he/she would be able to access following data specific to service request form (SRF), that they are contact for
i. DUC/UUC details
ii. Last calibration date/next calibration date
iii. Calibration Certificate validity
iv. See data pertaining to earlier calibration (raw data)
v. View/download earlier generated certificate
3. Get a reminder mail from the application about upcoming calibration due dates with UUC details (citing Red/Amber/Green )
4. Ability to submit request to the laboratory for selected UUC/DUC from within the portal.

This is surely going to add a WOW factor for the Laboratories Customer, who are using their own inventory management software for the same purpose.
