General Costing Principles
SCC LIMS is a cloud hosted application and is available for use on software as service basis; in simple words, it is available for use on pay as you go basis. Labs do not require to invest a lump sum amount for securing license or investing IT assets or annual maintenance contract. Just pay for one time set-up, monthly subscription and let your lab deliver better quality, get more efficient and cost effective.
First time setup activities would cover following activities to provide look and feel as per the client stated requirement
- Defining new and refining pre-defined data capturing formats to confirm to your lab requirement
- Changing of quotation, invoice layout in line with the current formats
- Changing certificate formats (open document template format ODT)
- Automatic mail texts
- Migration of customer master, product pricing table and standard master inventory
- Changing look and feel of screens as per vocabulary used in the client environment
- Implementation support and one day on-line training for first three month, additional months of implementation support will be charged extra
Calibration LIMS
SCC is offering SmartCalibration LIMS with predefined standard master data related to the instruments (Unit of Measure, formats for data capturing, formats etc) which will help in migrating customer data and existing products with their related pricing tables, thus can be deployed quickly. SCC offers samples and ready-made formats for Electro-technical, Thermal and Mechanical streams. Labs can customise, change and clone the sample formats to suit their processes and calculation procedure. SCC will support and guide labs in forming structure of observation forms during implementation period. Formats are designed and tested in various labs for ensuring quality and efficiency. Any new functions for calculation will be developed free of charge based on specification given by the customer.
Testing LIMS
SmartTesting is offering LIMS with pre-defined formats and standard test methods dictionary to the clients. New formats for the different streams are being developed in following order, however, the order is not sacrosanct and if our clients need some specific formats, we are committed to give priority and deliver customer requirements first.

Formats are designed to do automatic calculations and setting conformity to IS: standards thus conforming to the benchmark defined by Indian or International standards.
