Job Title: Urgent requirement for LIMS sales and support executive staff
Number of Roles: Two (2) for Sector – 18, Noida office
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Providing Training to the customer users at site*
Understand customer business and requirements*
Supporting customer users over phone, internet*
Configuring and testing of product deployment for new customers*
Development and Testing of customer specific add-on features and reports*
To act as single point contact from SCC for product/project implementation*
Providing Demonstration of SCC products to prospects#
* indicated activities entitles member for successful implementation bonus (in the range of 1% to 10% of revenue).
# indicated activities entitles member to share sale commission along with the sales team member
Education Qualifications: B.Com/B.Sc/BCA Graduate in any field with at least 65% marks
Experience: 1 To 3 year experience in laboratory sample/uuc registration department will be given advantage. Salary as per industry standard.
Additional Information: All positions are for our Noida office. Job requires travelling occassionally for the purpose of training at site or for sale.
