Calibration/Testing LIMS Customer Portal Enhanced

Customer Relationship focused features Enhanced:
Customer user interface is separated from application look and feel and has been made touch friendly to enable accessing of the portal using new age mobile and computing devices.

1. Customer given privileges to create their SRF by themselves after logging on to the system, three different way of placing new requests with laboratory

  • i. Place repeat order for the same product with same specifications
  • ii. Place a fresh new request, selecting products, providing details of product that requires service (calibration/testing) and specifications
  • iii. Place a new request via application Email, facility to draft request details and add attachment providing greater details or list to the laboratory.

2. Customer view is open to see status of all requests submitted by the customer
3. Customer can download PDF certificate/report by themselves from the application
4. Tabular projection of test data for multiple samples and graphical trend analysis across selected samples

  • Customer can view above stated tabular projection in browser with graphs
  • Customer can download projection of data in tabular report in CSV format via LIMS Customer Portal
  • Customer can download the tabular report in PDF format via LIMS CUstomer portal
    5. Customer can see view and download invoices that are pending for payment
    6. Customer can log their grivience, feedback and compliment on the system, automatically feeds onto QMS (if module is enabled)
