Job Title: Customer sales and support executive

Number of Roles: Three (3) for Noida based

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing Training to the customer users at site*
  • Understand customer business and requirements*
  • Supporting customer users over phone, internet*
  • Configuring and testing of product deployment for new customers*
  • Development and Testing of customer specfic add-on features and reports*
  • To act as single point contact from SCC for product/project implementation*
  • Providing Demonstration of SCC products to prospects#

* indicated activities entitles member for successful implementation bonus (in the range of 1% to 10% of revenue) on receipt of all dues from customer.

# indicated activities entitles member to get making sale happen bonus along with the sales team member

Education Qualifications

  • B.SC computer science/Bachelor in Computer applications
  • Master in computer applications

Experience:

Positions are open to anyone having passion to learn, develop, support and manage customers requirements.

Additional Information:

  • All positions are based in our Noida office
  • Job requires traveling occasionally for the purpose of training at site or sale
