Continuing with the SCC’s tradition of listening to customer valuable feedback, SCC is proud to release June upgrade of the standard product. The features are offered free of cost to existing customers. It cost will be factored in new offering to prospects.
1. Monthly reminder to Lab Managers (email addresses can be defined in Calibration Setup page of application)
2. Flexibility to define lab managers email and number of days advance notice could be set in the application
An email is dispatched to all the email addresses with the standard instruments details that are due in the next period, the instruments that have already passed the calibration due date are colored ‘Red’ while all others are coloured ‘Amber’ to indicxate urgency of lab managers to take action and plan recalibration of the listed master/standard instruments.
