Minor upgrade of Calibration LIMS is ready for deployment, please find details of the change
1. Resequencing calibration points using hold and release cursor (as one could do in quotation module) is now possible.
2. Modifying Product Code of the Job (for eg. in case, you have created a job of Ampere meter but realized later that it was supposed to be Volt Meter), earlier it was not possible without deleting old job card, now one can change the commercial product. However the moment you change the product, it would empty the technical product selected in the job card as well as any UUC that might have been linked with the job earlier.
Caution: This may require deletion of any data associated with older job.
3. Change of CMC and linking it with the timeline. Earlier it was not kept as per calendar but now provision has been given that if you are changing the CMC of any range then the action will inactivate the older row with the timestamp (a day prior to actual date of change) and create a new range parameter with the newly specified CMC. All pre-defined typeb components associated with the earlier CMC record get aligned to the new CMC line that will be effective from the day of change.
This is important and complex change, and have touched on core uncertainty calculation module thus would require lab to validate uncertainty calculation procedure using software once again, hence a formal not authorizing SCC to deploy the change is mandatory for making this change live.
