SCC has added functionality of automatically creating invoice from the project completed jobs, the upgrade is complete and available to all our customers free of cost.
It has been deployed on demo site ie. caldemo.smallcapcrm.com for your consideration and testing, so that you can assess if this upgrade is required for your business or not.
How it works:
It list all the jobs within a project where certificate has been generated, alongwith the progress (in %), user has option of marking check box against the job that is ready to be billed. Once the job(s) are selected, just clicking on “generate invoice” button will create a draft/provisional invoice with the product details, price and commercial terms extracted from the order automatically, moreover, it append list of certificate numbers (reference against each product) automatically fetching data from project. A job that has been already marked billed will not be listed again.
This functionality is in addition to generating invoice from customer order or quotation directly.
