SmartCalibration has been choice for the Calibration Laboratories not without reasons, it offers best in class feature and on the clock service and does not stop after implementation, it keeps on giving its customer competitive advantage by providing enhancements, MIS reports, upgrades free of costs. It has always been our objective to stay ahead and in line with the changing business needs and meeting the customer requirements. With SCC, asking for enhancement is not a hole in pocket but most of the time appreciation for enriching our product.
In keeping with the traditions, new features has been added to the SmartCalibration module, some core features have been enhanced to meet changing business landscape and customer requirements and feedbacks. Pl go through the list of features and validate these new features on login id given to you on test environment
Core Application Features (Essential, will be applied to all the customer environments)
1. Lab Users can view all the details of formulas/equations supported by smartCalibration in their calibration data capturing formats (this was essentially to meet the requirement of Audits, and helps viewer to understand what is calculated how?)
2. User can set default to variables in the formulas if these are one time or dependent on standard chosen in the class of Calibration. This would mean, at the time of calibration, the variables for which defaults are defined in the class are set automatically when user select the budget.
3. User can enter more descriptive note about the method of calibration in the standard procedure method definition
4. New formulas to support additional factors related to Air Buoyancy as laid down in EUROMET guidelines for calculation of Uncertainty related to Weight and Balances (To support new customers following EUROMET standards)
Calibration Certificate in PDF format: (Optional, changes will be applied only if lab seeks these, cost to custom create template in PDF is chargeable)
This is major upgrade to the certificate publishing module, whereas earlier SmartCalibration was allowing certificate to be published only in ODT format, We have listened to our new customers and providing option to print certificate in PDF format. This feature would allow laboratory to give logins to the customers so that they can download certificate template themselves after logging into the system.
Customer Relationship focused features Enhanced:
1. Customer given privileges to create their SRF by themselves after logging on to the system
2. Customer view is open to see all UUC/DUC that are due for calibration in coming month
3. Customer can download PDF certificate report by themselves from the application
4. Customer can log their grivience, feedback and compliment on the system, automatically feeds onto QMS (if module is enabled)
