Job Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Quotation/Invoice to Customers
  • Coordination with Suppliers
  • Managing Staff Attendance and Feedback to HR
  • General Admin/Reception Duties
  • Calling Prospects and arranging meetings with prospects/customer

Education/ Experience

  • Graduate (in any stream, preferably Science/Commerce)

  • Quick to pickup calls
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Excellent Learner and Excitement to Learn new aspects, Functionalities
  • Excellent English communication written and oral
  • Ability to take ownership and decision independently

Work Timing : 9:00 AM till 18:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
(exception Half day on Second and Fourth Saturday)
