Sample documents that that are generated by SmartCalibration LIMS software application. These samples are indicative in nature, software is flexible to publish the data stored in any format that would be required by the customer. Customer can in fact design its own templates in ODT (open data template) using the data dictionary provided by SCC IT Solutions.

Please note that Job Sheet and Service Request sheets are different from Paper based formats mostly in use within many calibration laboratories, SCC would recommend list based documents as it not only saves paper but also is clear and concise without loosing over granularity of information. However, if laboratories prefer to keep the paper based form look alike to be generated by the software that can also be done but in ODT format.

Observation form and Calibration Certificate Samples are indicative for the purpose of demonstrating capability, just like this, SCC recognise that Calibration results of different instrument and devices requires different data elements to be published. SmartCalibration use concept of defining distinct observation formats for different type of instrument and devices, and document can publish any information captured within observation form, job card or UUC details.

SCC work closely with the laboratories to deliver documents and formats that are conforming to the requirements as per ISO:17025.
